摘要 自地球诞生生命起,氢气(H2)便广泛存在于大气中。近期研究表明,H2具有多种植物学作用,它的调控网络涉及对miRNA与DNA表达、激素含量和蛋白质修饰的调控,并与活性氧和多种气体信号分子有着密切相关性。本文主要综述了H2对植物生长发育、品质特性及逆境适应性的影响,简述了H2的潜在作用机制,并对H2植物学作用的应用与研究做出了展望。 Hydrogen(H2)has been widely existed in the atmosphere since the birth of the earth.Recent studies have shown that H2 has a variety of botanical effects.Its molecular network involves the regulation of miRNA and DNA expression,hormone content and protein modification.At the same time,H2 is closely related to reactive oxygen species and a variety of gas signal molecules.In this paper,we mainly reviewed the effects of H2 on plant,including plant growth and development,plant quality characteristics,and plant stress adaptability.Then,the potential mechanism of H2 was briefly described.Finally,the prospect of H2 botanical roles were suggested.
