摘要
针对目前采用普通PLC配套专用控制器的综掘自动控制系统研发成本高、后期维护量大以及研发平台不统一等问题,设计了采用嵌入式软PLC技术的自动控制系统,系统能够完成综掘机基本的逻辑控制、遥控和自动截割功能。测试结果显示:软PLC控制板性能稳定性较好;在比例电磁阀的控制上,实际电流与指令元件开度和占空比与电磁阀压力输出间的线性度较高,其响应时间较短,小于500 ms;综掘机自动截割断面与设计边界误差小于10 cm。
In view of the problems that for present comprehensive excavation automatic control system with common PLC mating specialized controller development cost is high,the amount of maintenance is large and the development platform is not unified,designed automatic control system with embedded soft PLC.The system can complete the basic logic control,remote control and automatic cutting function of the comprehensive excavator.The test results show that the performance stability of the soft PLC board is good;in the control of the proportional solenoid valve,the linearity between the actual current and the instruction component opening and duty cycle and the solenoid valve pressure output is high,the response time is short,less than 500 ms;the automatic cutting face and design boundary error of the comprehensive excavator is less than 10 cm.
