摘要
以大豆蛋白为基质,加入木质素提升胶粘剂在粘接和耐水方面的性能。对该胶粘剂进行了凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)法测定和静态热机械分析(TMA)法分析,并探讨了木质素对木材胶粘剂性能的影响。研究结果表明:分子量分布系数较低,胶粘剂的耐热性提升;木质素质量分数的增大有利于剪切强度、抗水时间、断裂伸长率的提升,而拉伸强度和冲击强度则有所下降;在耐老化性能测试中,制备的胶合板的干状胶合强度和木破率性能指标表现良好。
With soybean protein as matrix,lignin was added to improve the performance of adhesive in adhesion and water resistance.The adhesive was analyzed by gel permeation chromatography(GPC)and static thermomechanical analysis(TMA),and the effect of lignin on the properties of wood adhesive was also discussed.The research results showed that the molecular weight distribution coefficient was low,and the heat resistance of the adhesive was improved.The increase of lignin content was beneficial to the increase of shear strength,water resistance time and elongation at break,while the tensile strength and impact strength were reduced.In the test of aging resistance,the dry bond strength and wood failure ratio of plywood were performing well.
