摘要
二甲基氢化诺卜基胺和二乙基氢化诺卜基胺分别与5种α,ω-二溴烷烃反应合成了8种对称型含氢化诺卜基的双子季铵盐,并通过核磁共振和质谱分析表征了它们的结构。采用菌丝生长速率法测定了它们对9种植物病原菌生长的抑制活性,结果表明:在药液浓度50μg·mL-1下,8种化合物对9种供试病原菌均有抑制效果,其中对烟草黑胫病菌抑菌效果最明显。当季铵盐联接基相同时,N+上连接甲基的化合物对油茶炭疽病菌、七叶树壳孢菌和西瓜枯萎病菌抑制率高于R为乙基的化合物。含有乙基的化合物抑制率随着联接基长度的增加而增强。
Eight symmetrical hydronopylgemini quaternary ammonium salts were synthesized by the reaction of hydronopyldimethylamine and hydronopyldiethyl amine with fiveα,ω-dibromoalkanes,respectively.The structures were characterized byMS and NMR.Their antifungal activity against 9 plant pathogenic fungi was determined by mycelium growth rate method.The results showed that at the concentration of 50μg·mL-1,8 compounds had antifungal activity against 9 kinds of pathogens,among which the effect on Phytophthoraparasitica var.nicotianae was the most.When spacer chain of quaternary ammonium salt was the same,the antifungal activity of N+linked methyl compounds against Colletotrichumgloeosporioides,Fusicoccumaesuli and Fusariumoxysporum were higher than that of R was ethyl compounds.The antifungal activity of the compounds containing ethyl group showed a rise as spacer chain length was increased.
