摘要
EPC总承包模式是一种国际通行的工程建设组织实施手段,已被我国相关企业广泛应用。该种模式不仅能够实现"设计—采购—施工"一体化,同时还能够有效提升工程项目的建设水平,从而实现工程项目的建设目标。但是,该种模式下也存在一定的投资失控问题,基于此,本文对EPC总承包模式下工程项目投资及风险管控路径进行简单阐释。
The EPC model is an internationally accepted means of engineering construction organization and has been widely used by related companies in China. This kind of model can not only realize the integration of "engineering-procurement-construction", but also effectively improve the construction level of engineering projects, so as to achieve the construction goals of engineering projects. However,there is also a certain problem of loss of investment control under this model. Based on this, this article briefly explains the path of project investment and risk management and control under the EPC model.
