摘要
目的:探讨带状疱疹的临床护理方法,提高临床治疗疗效。方法:回顾性分析暨南大学医学院附属广州市红十字会医院于2012年1月-2016年12月收治的50例带状疱疹患者的临床资料,分析患者的诱因、病程、治疗方法、护理措施、合并症、疾病转归等资料,依据患者的具体病情给予针对性的治疗和综合护理措施,以2周为1个疗程,经过1个治疗疗程后进行疗效评价。结果:经过1个疗程的治疗和护理后,50例带状疱疹患者痊愈32例,显效10例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率为96%。结论:让患者了解带状疱疹产生原因和护理要点,积极主动配合治疗,可以有效地巩固疗效、加快愈合,值得临床推广、使用。
Objectives: To investigate the clinical nursing of herpes zoster so as to improve the effects of clinic treatment. Methods: 50 cases of herpes zoster admitted to Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Jinan University from January 2012 to December 2016 were enrolled for retrospective analysis of their causative factors, course of disease, therapies, nursing management, complications, and prognosis of disease and other clinical data. Based on the particular conditions of each patient, special treatment and comprehensive nursing management were given, with 2 weeks as 1 course of treatment. After 1 treatment course, curative effects were evaluated for each case. Results: Of the 50 patients, 32 cases were cured after one course of treatment and nursing management, 10 showed significant effects, and 6 cases revealed effective treatment. 2 cases failed to respond to the medical treatment. The overall response rate was 96%. Conclusion: With an understanding of the cause of illness and highlights of nursing management, patients showing active cooperation with the treatment promote the curative effect and healing effectively. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
