摘要
研究农村妇女就业意愿的影响因素,有利于因地制宜,创新精准扶贫模式,更有效地实现脱贫致富。基于对山东省鱼台县唐马镇宋庄村的实地调研数据,通过建立Logit模型,从家庭基本特征、个人特征、配偶情况、家庭经济状况四个方面对影响当地妇女就业的因素进行调研和实证分析。结果表明,年龄、学历、土地面积、配偶收入对当地妇女就业意愿有显著影响。同时,结合实证分析结果,从妇女自身和当地政府层面对下一步的扶贫工作开展提出建议:妇女应转变传统观念,提高自身技术能力;政府应积极引进企业,鼓励家庭式生产,发展县域经济和高端农业。两者相互配合,共同促进精准扶贫,推动妇女就业。
Studying the influencing factors of rural women’s willingness to work is conducive to adopting measures to local conditions,innovating precise poverty alleviation model,and achieving poverty alleviation and wealth more effectively.Based on the field survey data of Songzhuang Village,Tangma Town,Yutai County,the article establishes a Logit model to investigate and analyze the factors that affect the employment of local women from four aspects:family characteristics,personal characteristics,spouses and family economic status.The results show that age,educational background,land area and spouse income have significant effects on local women’s employment intention.At the same time,combined with the results of empirical analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the next step of poverty alleviation work at the level of women themselves and local government:women should change their traditional concepts and improve their technological capabilities;the government should actively introduce enterprises,encourage family-based production,and develop county economy and high-end agriculture.They cooperate with each other to promote precise poverty alleviation and women’s employment.
