摘要
电喷雾离子源是液相质谱最常用的接口之一,广泛应用于环境、食品、医学等领域,但由极小的液滴产生气相离子的机理尚未明确,同时科学家们提出了各种的观点。主要的机理有离子蒸发机理、带电残基机理以及链弹射理论等。结合本实验室的研究内容,提出一种电喷雾离子源的新原理-“离子迁移搬运”机理,用以指导本实验室的研究工作。
Electrospray ion source is one of the most commonly used interfaces of liquid phase mass spectrometry.It is widely used in the fields of environment,food,medicine and so on,however,the mechanism of the generation of gas phase ions from very small droplets is not clear,and scientists have put forward various viewpoints.The main mechanisms are ion evaporation model,charged residue model and chain ejection model.Combined with the research contents of our laboratory,a new principle of Electrospray Ionization is proposed-“ion migrate and transport”mechanism,which is used to guide the research work in our laboratory.
