摘要
目的:了解湖北省麻城市围孕期女性血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)水平及影响因素。方法:选择2017年11月至2019年3月在麻城市妇幼保健院就诊的健康围孕期女性1664人,根据知情同意原则,采用循环酶法检测血清Hcy浓度,采用荧光定量PCR法检测5,10-亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)C677T基因位点多态性。结果:1)早孕期、中孕期、晚孕期血清Hcy水平分别为(2.67±1.67)、(2.52±1.65)、(2.54±1.91)μmol/L,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2)<30岁和≥30岁年龄组的孕期血清Hcy水平分别为(2.69±1.74)、(2.36±1.53)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3)根据MTHFR C677T基因多态性,CC、CT、TT基因型女性的围孕期血清Hcy水平分别为(2.59±1.94)、(2.73±1.66)、(4.45±3.23)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围孕期女性血清Hcy水平与年龄和MTHFR C677T基因多态性有关,监测Hcy水平对个体化围孕期保健有指导意义。
Objective:To understand the levels of serum homocysteine(Hcy)and its influencing factors in perinatal women in Macheng City,Hubei Province.Methods:A total of 1664 healthy perinatal women were enrolled in Macheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2017 to March 2019.According to the principle of informed consent,serum Hcy concentration was detected by circulating enzyme method,and the 5,10-methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR)C677T locus polymorphism was detected by real-time PCR.Results:1)The serum Hcy levels in early pregnancy,middle pregnancy and late pregnancy were(2.67±1.67),(2.52±1.65)and(2.54±1.91)μmol/L,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2)The serum Hcy levels in the<30 years old and≥30 years old age groups were(2.69±1.74)and(2.36±1.53)μmol/L,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3)According to the MTHFR C677T gene polymorphism,the serum Hcy levels of women with CC,CT and TT genotypes were(2.59±1.94),(2.73±1.66),(4.45±3.23)μmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum Hcy levels in perinatal women are related to age and MTHFR C677T gene polymorphism.Monitoring Hcy levels has guiding significance for individualized perinatal care.
