摘要
物资供应部门承担着企业生产建设运行中的物资保障任务,在物资供应过程中面临各类风险因素影响。因此,全面认识物资供应风险、提高风险应对和防控能力,关系到企业的安稳运行和长远发展。文章应用中国石化安全风险矩阵对企业物资供应过程可能发生的各类风险进行评估,提出风险控制措施,对企业的物资供应管理提出建议。
The enterprise’s material supply department undertakes the task of material guarantee in the production and construction of the enterprise,and faces various risk factors in the process of material supply.Therefore,comprehensively understanding the risk of material supply and improving the risk response and prevention capabilities are related to the company’s safe operation and long-term development.Through the application of SINOPEC’s safety risk matrix,this paper carries out risk assessment on various risks that may occur in the process of enterprise material supply,proposes risk control measures,and makes recommendations for enterprise material supply management.
