随钻扩眼器扩眼机构流场分析与优化设计 被引量:6

摘要 扩眼机构是射频识别控制随钻扩眼器的关键部件之一,其结构与性能关系着随钻扩眼器的成败。为此,优化设计了扩眼器短节,研制出具有自锁功能、可回收双台阶刀翼的扩眼器。该扩眼器的止推台阶可保证刀翼完全张开,后自锁台阶使刀翼自锁;采用三刀翼布局,合适的刀翼布齿方式、布齿密度及保径齿数量可保持扩眼井段井眼扩大率。现场应用结果表明:RFID随钻扩眼器扩眼井径达到设计要求,射频识别标签读取正常;既具备常规随钻扩眼作业连续性、快速性的特点,又可根据需要控制扩眼器多次开闭;可以在管柱中集成多个扩眼器,并按照设计程序控制各扩眼器刀翼的收放,实现复合扩眼作业。该扩眼器操作简单可靠,具有广阔的推广应用前景。 The reaming mechanism is one of the key components of the RFID controlled reamer while drilling,and its structure and performance dominate the success of the reamer while drilling.For this reason,the reamer nipple was designed optimally and the one with self-locking,double-step retrievable blade was developed.The thrust step ensures the complete opening of the blade and the back self-locking step ensures the self-locking of the blade,so that the borehole enlargement rate of the whole reaming hole section is kept.The three-blade layout is adopted,and tooth arrangement mode,tooth density and gauge tooth quantity can keep the borehole enlargement rate of the reaming hole section.The field application results indicate that the RFID controlled reamer while drilling provides the expected hole size and the RFID tag reading is normal.It not only has the characteristics of conventional reaming while drilling(continuity and rapidness),but also controls the multiple switching of the reamer according to the demand without impacting the lifting and unfreezing of drilling tools.Multiple reamers can be integrated in the pipe string and the opening and closing of each reamer blade can be controlled according to the design program,so as to realize the complex reaming operation.It is promising in popularization and application prospect.
