摘要
二次监视雷达(SSR)S模式地面站组网成簇是一种缓解雷达重叠区II码(Interrogator Identifier Code)冲突和重复应答等问题的手段。该组网方案不仅完全兼容传统A/C模式,还提供了与ATN(Aeronautical Telecommunications Network)兼容的数据链功能和基于II码分配的雷达协调功能。但是它存在重要的制约因素是II码的稀缺性和组网数据同步成本。介绍了一种结合无向图理论和最小生成树理论建立的数学模型,然后用模拟退火算法来解决该问题的算法。算法可以用来建立和评估任何空域的二次监视雷达组网策略。以实际二次雷达监视区域作为实例开展了案例研究,验证了模型的有效性。
Secondary surveillance radar(SSR)S-mode ground station networking clustering is an approach to alleviate the problems of Interrogator Identifier Code conflict and repeated response.The networking solution is not only fully compatible with the traditional A/C mode,but also provides an ATN(Aeronautical Telecommunications Network)compatible data link function and a radar coordination function based on the Interrogator Identifier Code allocation.However,an important constraint is the scarcity of the Interrogator Identifier Code and the cost of data synchronization.This paper introduces a mathematical model based on the undirected graph theory and the minimum spanning tree theory,then the simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the problem.The algorithm can be used to establish and evaluate the secondary surveillance radar networking strategy of any airspace.Finally,the case study is carried out with the actual secondary radar surveillance area as an example to verify the validity of the model.
