摘要
目的:分析优质护理模式对阑尾炎患者术后疼痛及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年6月至2019年5月厦门大学附属第一医院杏林分院收治的采用常规开腹阑尾切除术治疗的阑尾炎患者94例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组则进行优质护理干预。比较2组的疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS评分)]及睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]评分。结果:观察组术后6 h、12 h及24 h的VAS评分均显著低于对照组,PSQI评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:优质护理模式可有效减轻阑尾炎患者的术后疼痛感,改善患者的睡眠质量。
Objective: To analyze the influence of high-quality nursing mode for pain and sleep quality of patients with appendicitis after operation. Methods: A total of 94 patients with appendicitis treated with routine open appendectomy in Xinglin Branch,First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from June 2017 to May 2019 were divided into control group and observasion group with 47 cases in each group by cluster randomization. The control group were with routine nursing,while the observasion group were with high-quality nursing intervention. Then the pain degree[visual analogue score( VAS score) ]and sleep quality [Pittsburgh sleep quality index( PSQI scale) ] of two groups were compared. Results: The VAS scores of observasion group at 6 th,12 th and 24 th hours after operation were significantly lower than those of control group,and the PSQI scores were significantly lower than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The high-quality nursing mode can effectively alleviate the postoperative pain of patients after operation,and improve the sleep quality of patients.
