摘要
钢筋阻锈剂标准反映了钢筋阻锈剂产品及其应用技术水平。本文在分析国内外钢筋阻锈剂标准现状的基础上,讨论内掺型阻锈剂和迁移性阻锈剂的产生、发展及性能评价方法。针对现行标准中迁移性阻锈剂性能评价方法和技术指标等方面存在的问题,提出适用于实验室和工程现场的迁移性阻锈剂相关检测方法和建议指标,为编制中国工程建设标准化协会标准《钢筋阻锈剂应用技术规程》提供参考方案,对于推动钢筋阻锈剂的工程应用和技术发展具有现实意义。
The level of steel bar corrosion inhibitor products and their application technology is reflected by the standard of steel bar corrosion inhibitor.Based on analysis of current situation of steel bar corrosion inhibitor standards at home and abroad,the generation,development and performance evaluation methods of darex corrosion inhibitor and migrating corrosion inhibitor are discussed in this paper.In view of the problems of performance evaluation methods and technical indicators of the migrating corrosion inhibitor in current standards,relevant testing methods and recommended indicators for migrating corrosion inhibitors suitable for laboratories and construction sites are proposed.A reference scheme is provided for“Technical specification for application of corrosion inhibitor for steel bar”of CECS.It is of practical significance to promote the engineering application and technology development of corrosion inhibitor for reinforcing steel bar.
