基于STM32F103的pA级电流检测系统设计

摘要 针对光、电、MEMS等传感器涉及微弱电流信号,基于STM32F103设计了一套pA级电流检测系统,包括电流检测硬件和功能软件两部分。采用ADA4530+AD7172设计微弱电流IV转换电路,辅以freertos+ADI驱动实现数据采样传输功能,详细说明了关键参数的选取原则和AD配置流程。基于LabVIEW+VISA开发了串口+USB上位机程序,实现了数据库存储和云端上传功能。以S1226为例进行了测试,总误差不超过150 fA(满量程的3‰),能够满足检测需求,具有一定的实用价值。 Aiming at the weak current signals involved in the sensors and based on STM32F103 this paper introduces a PA current detection system,including the design of current detection hardware and functional software.ADA4530+AD7172 are adopted to design weak current IV conversion circuit,supplemented by freertos+ADI driver to realize data sampling and transfer function.The selection principle of key parameters and AD configuration process are explained in detail.Serial port+USB upper computer programs are developed based on LabVIEW+VISA,and the functions of database storage and cloud upload are also realized.Taking S1226 as an example,the analysis shows that total error is no more than 150 fA,and it is 300 ppm at full range,which could meet the detection requirements and has certain practical value.
