摘要
目的探讨Nd:YAG激光治疗鼻中隔毛细血管瘤136例治疗体会。方法选取2010年1月~2018年9月我院收治的256例鼻中隔毛细血管瘤患者,按照随机数字表法将所有研究对象分为对照组(n=120)和研究组(n=136)。对照组采用CO2激光治疗,研究组采用Nd:YAG激光治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效和并发症发生情况,并在术后随访6~12个月,观察两组患者的术后肿瘤复发情况。结果研究组136例患者行Nd:YAG激光一次手术后130例在一次治愈,治愈率为95.58%;其中有6例患者基底存在残留,行第二次Nd:YAG激光手术,二次治愈率为100.00%,总有效率100.00%。对照组患者行CO2激光一次手术治疗后85例治愈,治愈率为70.83%。研究组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率和复发率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与CO2激光治疗比较,Nd:YAG激光治疗鼻中隔毛细血管瘤更加安全可靠,值得在临床上进行深入研究和推广。
Objective To explore the treatment experience of 136 cases of septonasal hemangioma with Nd:YAG laser.Methods A total of 256 patients with septonasal capillary hemangiomas admitted to our hospital were included,the research time of their medical records dated from January 2010 to September 2018.They were divided into the control group(n=120)and the study group(n=136)by using the random number table method.The control group was treated with CO2 laser,and the study group was treated with Nd:YAG laser.The clinical efficacy and occurrence of complications between the two groups were compared.6-12 months follow-up was carried out after operation to observe postoperative tumor recurrence of the two groups.Results 130 out of 136 patients in the study group were cured after the first Nd:YAG laser surgery performed and the cure rate was 95.58%;among them,6 patients had residual basal tissue,and the second Nd:YAG laser surgery was performed with the second cure rate of 100.00%,and the total effective rate of 100.00%.85 patients in the control group were cured after the first CO2 laser surgery performed,and the cure rate was 70.83%.The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both the complication occurrence rate and recurrence rate in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with CO2 laser treatment,Nd:YAG laser is safer and more reliable in the treatment of nasal septum capillary hemangiomas,thus it is worthy of in-depth clinical research and promotion.
