摘要
尾座式无人机是一种尾部落地的垂直起降无人机。本文基于"蜂鸟无人机"开源项目使用Pixracer飞控设计并制作了一架高性能尾座式无人机。利用3D打印和聚氨酯泡沫注模技术制造机身,该无人机的硬件设计灵活性且成本低。通过对地面站软件的调参设置以及飞控PID的调节,PX4固件很好地支持尾座式无人机的飞行。测试结果表明,本文设计制作的尾座式无人机可以较好地垂直起降、定点悬停和模式切换,机动性能灵活,为尾座式无人机的研究和应用提供了参考。
The tailsitter UAV is a vertical takeoff and landing UAV in the tailland.Based on the "Hummingbird UAV" open source project,this paper uses Pixracer flight control to design and produce a high-performance tailsitter UAV.We use 3D printing and polyurethane foam injection molding technology to manufacture the fuselage.The UAV has great hardware flexibility and low cost.Through the parameter setting of the ground station software and the adjustment of the flight control PID,the PX4 firmware well supports the flight of the tailsitter UAV.The paper test results show that the tailsitter UAV designed and manufactured in this paper can perform vertical take-off and landing,fixed-point hovering and mode switching,and has flexible maneuverability,which provides a reference for the research and application of the tailsitter UAV.
