摘要
为探讨黄河流域河南段经济高质量发展与水资源利用效率的相互作用程度,在构建二者指标体系的基础上,运用耦合协调模型、相对发展度模型以及耦合协调检验模型进行计算分析。结果表明:①郑州等9市经济高质量发展水平不断提高,且发展速度差异较大,具有阶段性。②郑州等9市水资源利用效率差异逐渐减小,呈小幅度波动变化趋势。③郑州等9市经济高质量发展与水资源利用效率耦合协调发展由拮抗、磨合并存向磨合、协调并存转化,发展水平不断向良性方向变化。④郑州等9市耦合协调相对发展类型提升明显,逐渐由Ⅰ、Ⅳ向Ⅳ、Ⅶ转化,且表现为经济高质量发展滞后于水资源利用效率(郑州2012年除外)。⑤郑州等9市耦合协调度收敛检验值呈现缓慢上升—平稳变化—快速上升的状态且耦合协调度收敛态势不明显。坚持绿色发展理念,通过技术创新提高经济发展质量和用水效率,促进黄河流域河南段二者耦合协调水平不断提高。
In order to evaluate the degree of interaction between high-quality economic develop⁃ment and water resources utilization efficiency in Henan section of the Yellow River Basin,the coupling coordination model,the relative development model and the coupling coordination test model were used for calculation and analysis on the basis of constructing the index system.The results show that:①The high-quality economic development level of 9 cities such as Zhengzhou is continuously improving,and the development speed varies greatly with stages.②The differ⁃ence in water resources utilization efficiency of the 9 cities including Zhengzhou gradually de⁃creases,showing a changing trend of small fluctuation.③The coupling and coordinated develop⁃ment of high-quality economic development and water resource utilization efficiency in the 9 cit⁃ies including Zhengzhou has been transformed from antagonism and running-in to running-in and coordinated co-existence,and the development level has been changing to a positive direc⁃tion.④The relative development type of coupling coordination in the 9 cities including Zheng⁃zhou has obviously improved,gradually changing fromⅠ,ⅣtoⅣ,Ⅶ,and showed that the high-quality economic development lags behind the water resource utilization efficiency(except Zhengzhou in 2012).⑤The convergence test value of coupling coordination degree in the 9 cit⁃ies including Zhengzhou shows a state of slow rise^steady change^fast rise,and the conver⁃gence trend of coupling coordination degree is not obvious.Zhengzhou and the other eight cities should adhere to the concept of green development,improve the quality of econo-mic develop⁃ment and water ultilization efficiency through technological innovation,and promote the continu⁃ous improvement of the coupling coordination level in Henan section of the Yellow River Basin.
