摘要
随着我国经济的不断发展,人们的生活水平日益提高,对建筑工程行业也提出了新的要求。为了提高建筑项目的利润,在保证建筑项目施工质量的情况下,要尽量降低工程造价。在建筑市场竞争日益激烈的环境下,有效控制工程造价是在市场中占有一席之地的重要方法。目前,建筑项目施工阶段工程造价起伏较大,对施工具有较大影响。基于此,本文从3个方面简要分析了建筑项目施工阶段工程造价的影响因素,并为实现工程造价控制提出了3点措施建议,以此供专业人士讨论和分析。
With the continuous development of the economy,the people’s living level has also been improved,which puts forward new requirements for the construction engineering industry.In order to improve the profits of the construction projects and meanwhile ensure the construction quality of the construction projects,it is required to reduce the project costs as much as possible.Under the fierce market competition in the construction industry,doing a good control of the project costs is an important way to have a share in the market.Currently,the projects costs in the construction stage of the construction projects vary greatly and have great impact on the construction.In view of this,this paper analyzes the factors influencing the projects costs of the construction projects in the construction stage from three aspects and then puts forward three corresponding measures and suggestions for a reference to the relevant personnel.
