摘要
医学时代新人培育是实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的迫切要求,是新时代“健康中国”战略赋予医学院校的历史使命,也是新时代医学院校育人工作的出发点和落脚点。医学时代新人“精准滴灌”的培育理念是“以生为本,精细育人”“循序渐进,渗透育人”“与时俱进,高效育人”;培育路径是课程教学引导、社会实践内化、校园文化浸润、多元育人协同;培育目标是实现医学时代新人培养模式的结构性优化,培养医德高尚、医技精湛、体魄强健、审美高雅、独具匠心的医学时代新人。
The cultivation of new people in the medical age is an urgent requirement to realize the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the historical mission entrusted to medical colleges by the strategy of“Healthy China”,and the starting point and foothold of the work of educating new people in medical colleges and universities in the new era.The concept of“student-oriented,fine education”,“step by step,infiltrating education”and“keeping pace with the times and educating people efficiently”as the training idea of“precise drip irrigation”for new people in the medical era.Through the cultivation path of course teaching guidance,social practice internalization,campus culture infiltration,and multiple cultivation and coordination,the cultivation of new personnel in the medical era to achieve the structural optimization of the cultivation mode of new personnel in the medical era,and the cultivation of new personnel in the medical era with noble medical ethics,exquisite medical skills,strong physical strength,elegant aesthetics and unique originality.
