氧化铒对3D打印氧化锆陶瓷饰品性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Er2O3 on properties of 3D printed zirconia ceramic jewelry

摘要 在ZrO2陶瓷粉体中添加Er2O3作为着色剂,通过数字光处理(digital light processing,DLP)技术进行3D打印成形和1500℃烧结,制备Er2O3含量(质量分数,下同)为2%~10%的品红色ZrO2陶瓷饰品,研究Er2O3对ZrO2陶瓷饰品的力学性能、微观结构和颜色值(明度L^*,红绿度a^*和黄蓝度b^*)的影响。结果表明,随Er2O3含量增加,ZrO2由四方相向立方相转变,孔隙度略有增加,相对密度下降,硬度及断裂韧性降低,明度L^*减小,红绿度a^*增大。当Er2O3含量为5%时,陶瓷的相对密度为93.16%,维氏硬度为9.8±0.3 GPa,断裂韧性为5.0±0.4 MPa·m^1/2,颜色值为:明度L^*=84.49,红绿度a^*=14.57,黄蓝度b^*=−2.54,颜色美观,品红色色泽纯正,符合审美要求。 Er2O3 was added to ZrO2 ceramic powder as a colorant,and digital light processing(DLP)3D printing molding and 1500℃sintering are used to prepare magenta ZrO2 ceramic jewelry.The effects of Er2O3 on the mechanical properties,microstructure and color values(Lightness L^*,red-greenness a^*and yellow-blueness b^*)of ZrO2 ceramic jewelry were studied.The results show that with the increase of Er2O3 content,ZrO2 changes from tetragonal phase to cubic phase.The porosity increases slightly,and the relative density,hardness and fracture toughness decrease.Lightness L^*decreases,and red-greenness a*increases.When the amount of Er2O3 is 5%,the relative density of the ceramic is 93.16%;the Vickers hardness is 9.8±0.3 GPa;the fracture toughness is 5.0±0.4 MPa·m^1/2.The color values are L^*=84.49,a^*=14.57,b^*=−2.54.The color is beautiful,and the magenta color is pure,which meets the aesthetic requirements.
