摘要
为提升高校实验室对学生工程能力的培养,针对群控电梯运行过程中故障类型多样而现有监控模式不能及时反馈电梯运行状态的问题,基于实验室现有设备,设计了群控电梯半实物仿真监控系统。该系统将智能化、信息化、数字化和自动化等方面有机结合,利用人机交互界面和上位机编程,实现对电梯的实时监控。结果表明,该系统运行稳定,学生可完成群控电梯控制程序编写并进行软件在线仿真,有利于逻辑编程和创新能力的培养。
In order to improve the cultivation of students’engineering ability in college laboratories,for the problems of various types of faults during the operation of group control elevators and the existing monitoring mode cannot timely feedback the elevator operation status,a semi-physical simulation monitoring system for group-controlled elevators was designed based on the existing equipment in the laboratory.The system organically combines intelligence,informatization,digitization and automation,and uses human-computer interaction interfaces and upper computer programming to realize real-time monitoring of elevators.The results show that the system runs stably,and students can complete the group control elevator control program and perform software online simulation,which is conducive to the development of logic programming and innovation ability.
