摘要
高铁工程作为我国现代高新技术建设项目,在建设过程中保证工程质量是首要任务。为更有效地进行工程建设管理,应用多目标建模理论和动态控制方法,对高铁工程建设开展多目标系统解析与管控研究。将系统工程控制理论与实践相结合,建立基于多目标管理的数学模型,对高铁工程建设管理进行系统解析,并通过不断地工程优化,以实现整体最优管理机制,提高我国高铁工程建设管理水平。
The HSR projects represent the modern high and innovative technology of construction in China,and it is the primary task to ensure project construction during construction.With the objective of a more efficient project construction management,the system analysis and management&control study were conducted on multiple targets in project construction of HSR by using multi-objective modeling theory and dynamic control methods.A mathematical model based on multi-objective management was established by integrating systematic engineering control theory and practice to make system analysis on project quality management of HSR,and the engineering optimization is constantly conducted to realize overall optimum management mechanism and improve HSR project construction and management level in China.
