ICP-OES法测定铝镍钴磁钢铝、镍、钴、铁和铜含量 被引量:1

Determination of Al,Ni,Co,Fe and Cu in AlNiCo Magnets Waste by ICP-OES Technique

摘要 采用微波消解电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定了铝镍钴磁钢废料中的铝、镍、钴、铁和铜元素。结果表明:微波消解以硝酸为介质溶解样品所得溶液清亮,无残渣;铝、镍、钴、铁和铜元素的线性良好,相关系数在0.9997~0.9999之间,标加回收率在98.84%~102.00%之间,方法精密度RSD≤0.21%。该方法操作简单易行、灵敏度高、重复性好,与x-荧光光谱法、化学容量法的对照结果表明,测试结果可靠性强。 Al,Ni,Co,Fe,Cu contents of AlNiCo Magnets waste were determined by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES).The results showed that the solution prepared by nitric acid microwave digestion was transparent and complete;the linearity of Al,Ni,Co,Fe and Cu elements were favorable,correlation coefficient was between 0.9997 and 0.9999;recovery rate was between 98.84%and 102.00%;relative standard deviation(RSD)≤0.21%.This analytical method was easy to perform with good sensitivity and replication.The results were verified with X-ray fluorescence spectrometer method and titrimetric method which proved to be accurate and reliable.
