摘要
针对中天钢铁在60Si2Mn弹簧钢生产过程中出现的连铸坯凝固组织发达、中心缩孔等级偏高、铸坯初生相非对称性生长等问题开展技术攻关,选用上海大学先进凝固技术中心(CAST)研发的脉冲磁致振荡(简称PMO)凝固均质化技术,对该钢种的连续浇注过程进行干预。结果表明:施加PMO后,60Si2Mn弹簧钢连铸坯柱状枝晶呈对称生长且二次枝晶臂间距减小,内弧侧距离铸坯表面43 mm处发生柱状晶向等轴晶(CET)的转变,中心凝固组织明显细化并球化,中心缩孔基本消除,铸坯凝固组织结构明显优化。
In view of the problems of the 60Si2Mn spring steel billet produced by Zenith Steel,such as the developed solidification microstructure,the high level of the center shrinkage defect,and the asymmetric growth of the primary phase of the billet,the technical research was carried out.The Pulsed Magneto-Oscillation(PMO)technology developed by the Center for Advanced Solidification Technology(CAST)of Shanghai University was used to disturb the continuous pouring process of the steel.The results showed that the columnar dendrites grew symmetrically and the secondary dendrite arm spacing decreased in the continuous casting of 60Si2Mn spring steel billet with PMO treatment,and the columnar to equiaxed crystal transition(CET)occurred at the position of 43 mm from the inner arc surface of billet.The solidification microstructure in the central region was spheroidized and refined obviously,the central shrinkage cavity was basically eliminated,and the solidification microstructure of the billet was obviously optimized.
