摘要
研究目的:悬挂式单轨作为一种中低运量交通制式,在中小城市轨道交通及景区观光线路中具有明显的优势。在总结国外悬挂式单轨交通应用的基础上,对悬挂式单轨道岔结构类型、结构特点进行对比分析,提出了我国悬挂式单轨道岔结构选型建议;结合悬挂式单轨交通特点,提出悬挂式单轨道岔结构系统设计建议。研究结论:(1)悬挂式单轨道岔可采用可动心辙叉道岔,道岔侧股采用单圆曲线线型;(2)悬挂式单轨道岔结构设计应系统考虑道岔线型、道岔梁结构设计、道岔转辙系统设计、道岔梁支座及供电轨等接口设计、运营维护设计等因素;(3)为了提高维修维护效率、减小维修维护工作量,降低后期运营风险,建议设置道岔运维监测系统;(4)该研究成果可为悬挂式单轨道岔系统设计提供参考。
Research purposes:As a medium and low transportation system,the suspended monorail has obvious advantages in rail transit in small and medium-sized cities and scenic sightseeing routes.On the basis of summarizing the application of suspended monorail transportation in foreign countries,the structure types and structure characteristics of the suspended monorail turnout are compared and analyzed,and the recommendation of turnout selection is proposed.Combined with the characteristics of suspended monorail,recommendations of turnout system design are given.Research conclusions:(1)It is recommended that the suspended monorail adopts turnout with movable-point frog,and side line adopts single circle curve.(2)The design of the suspended monorail turnout should take into account the factors such as the geometry design,the turnout beam structure,the switch system,the interface design of the support and the power supply rail,and the operation and maintenance design.(3)In order to improve maintenance efficiency,reduce workload,and reduce post-operational risk,it is recommended to set up the operation and maintenance monitoring system.(4)The research results can provide reference for the design of the suspended monorail turnout system.
