摘要
在利用振动加速度传感器、信号调理器、无线发射器及计算机等硬件资源基础上,借助LabVIEW软件设计振动信号分析与报警系统。通过对振动信号进行时域分析,傅里叶变换,幅值谱分析来判断振动信号情况,出现异常则报警提示。经验证,此系统能够实现对振动信号的时域,频域的分析,为振动信号的分析提供了有效方法。
Based on the hardware resources such as the vibration acceleration sensors,signal conditioners,wireless transmitters and computers,a vibration signal analysis and alarm system is designed on the basis of the LabVIEW software platform in this paper.The vibration signal condition is judged through the time domain analysis,the Fourier transform and the amplitude spectrum analysis,and the abnormal signal is alerted.It is proved that this system can realize the time-domain and frequency-domain analysis of vibration signals,and it would provide an effective method for the analysis of vibration signals.
