摘要
根据论文作者是否采取主动行为促使论文发表,将关系稿分为"主动型"关系稿与"被动型"关系稿两类。研究文献主要针对"主动型"关系稿的成因与治理进行讨论,忽视了对另一类"被动型"关系稿的分析。以人大经济论坛的"吴延兵关系稿"事件为典型事例,归纳了期刊编辑对特定论文的偏爱、对学术权威的盲目信任,以及审稿人激励不足是"被动型"关系稿形成的主要原因,并从实施编辑轮换制、加强编辑职业素养、提高审稿人激励等三个方面提出了相应的治理建议。
According to whether the author takes the initiative to promote the publication of the article,the Guanxi articles are divided into"active"and"passive"ones.In the past,the research mainly focused on the causes and governance of the"active"Guanxi articles,ignoring the analysis of the other passive ones.Taking the event of"Wu Yanbing's guanxi article"in Pinggu BBS as a typical case,this paper concludes that the main reasons for the passive Guanxi articles are the journal editors'preference for specific articles,blind trust in academic authority,and inadequate motivation of peer reviewers.This paper also puts forward some suggestions from three aspects:implementing the editorial rotation system,strengthening the professional quality of editors,and improving the motivation of peer reviewers.
