摘要
                
                    深冷压力容器在应变强化过程中发生了塑性变形,从奥氏体材料的特性﹑塑性变形中晶格的变化﹑奥氏体组织向马氏体组织的转变﹑奥氏体材料在深冷条件下塑性变形的组织转变等因素对金属材料屈服强度的影响,以及对应变强化后容器结构的稳定性和应力状况进行了分析,阐述了深冷压力容器应变强化技术的安全性、可靠性、稳定性;同时通过对应变强化和非应变强化板材的计算厚度进行对比,分析深冷压力容器应变强化的经济性。
                
                Cryogenic pressure vessels undergo plastic deformation during strain strengthening.In this article,analysis of the stability and stress conditions of the container structure after strain strengthening from the properties of austenitic materials,changes in lattice during plastic deformation,transformation from austenite structure to martensite structure,and the influence of factors such as the transformation of plastic deformation on the yield strength of metal materials under cryogenic conditions etc.aspects,the safety,reliability and stability of strain strengthening technology for cryogenic pressure vessels are described.At the same time,the economics of strain strengthening for cryogenic pressure vessels are analyzed by comparing the calculated thickness of strain strengthened and non-strain streng;thened plates.
