摘要
网络嵌入能够帮助企业加强协作和管理创新机制,如何发挥网络嵌入的积极作用成为企业提高合作创新绩效的迫切需要。基于社会网络理论视角构建网络嵌入、联盟信任和合作创新绩效三者之间的关系模型,着重研究网络嵌入对合作创新绩效的内在作用机理,并对联盟信任在网络嵌入和合作创新绩效中的中介作用,以及伙伴互动特征(沟通交流和信息共享)对两者关系的调节效应进行分析。以我国207家新创企业作为研究对象的实证研究发现:在我国情境下,企业嵌入于社会网络中能够促进企业成长和提高合作创新绩效,联盟信任在网络嵌入和合作创新绩效中起部分中介作用,伙伴互动特征中的沟通交流在网络嵌入和合作创新绩效的关系中具有显著的正向调节作用。
Network embeddedness can help enterprises strengthen collaboration and management innovation mechanisms,and how to play the active role of network embeddedness has become an urgent need for enterprises to improve cooperative innovation performance.Based on the perspective of social networks theory,this research builds a relationship model between network embeddedness,alliance trust,and collaborative innovation performance,focuses on the internal mechanism of network embeddedness on cooperative innovation performance,also analyzes the intermediary role of alliance trust in network embeddedness and collaborative innovation performance,and the moderating effect of partner interaction characteristics on the relationship between the two.Empirical research using 207 Chinese start-ups as the research object finds that:in Chinese context,enterprises embedded in social networks can promote enterprise growth as well as cooperative innovation performance,among them alliance trust plays a partial intermediary role in network embeddedness and cooperative innovation performance,communication in partner interaction characteristics has a significantly positive moderating effect in the relationship between network embeddedness and cooperative innovation performance.
