锥型束CT在泪道造影检查中的初步应用

摘要 目的评估锥型束CT在泪道造影检查中的应用价值。方法选取眼科门诊经泪道冲洗初步诊断泪道阻塞及慢性泪囊炎的11例(11只眼)患者,使用口腔科锥型束CT进行泪道造影检查,并利用设备附带软件进行三维重建及造影结果分析。结果锥形束CT用于泪道造影时可以清晰的显示泪囊的形态、泪道阻塞部位,其检查结果与常规CT检查基本相符。结论锥型束CT泪道造影是评估溢泪患者鼻泪管系统的一种安全、有效的方法,未来有望在泪道疾病及眼眶疾病中得到更多的应用。 Objective To evaluate the application value of cone-beam CT in lacrimal duct radiography.Methods Eleven patients with primary diagnosis of lacrimal duct obstruction and chronic dacryocystitis were selected.Cone-beam CT was used to perform lacrimal duct radiography,and the software attached to the equipment was used for three-dimensional reconstruction and analysis the results of angiography.Results Cone-beam CT can clearly show the shape of lacrimal sac and the obstruction site of lacrimal passage,and the results are basically consistent with traditional CT.Conclusions Cone-beam CT lacrimal duct radiography is a safe and effective method for evaluating nasolacrimal duct systems in patients with epiphora,which is expected to be more widely used in lacrimal duct diseases and orbital diseases in the future.
