摘要
通过Materials Studio软件建立无定型聚乙烯(PE)和PE/二氧化硅(SiO2)界面模型,基于密度泛函理论计算PE和PE/SiO2模型的电子能量,模拟得到PE和PE/SiO2界面模型的击穿场强和陷阱深度。得到结论,纳米SiO2颗粒的加入能够有效提高PE材料的击穿场强,改善材料的耐击穿性能。
The interface models of amorphous PE and PE/SiO2 are built by Materials Studio software.Based on density functional theory,the electronic energy of PE and PE/SiO2 models are calculated.The breakdown field strength and trap depth of PE and PE/SiO2 models can be calculated by analyzing the electronic energy data.It is concluded that the addition of nano-SiO2 particles can effectively improve the breakdown field strength and the breakdown resistance of PE materials.
