摘要
登革热作为广受关注的蚊媒传染病,目前尚无特效治疗药物和疫苗,监测和控制媒介伊蚊密度是关系到防控效果的重要措施。媒介伊蚊密度是反映疫情风险程度的重要指标,对登革热媒介伊蚊监测的前期准备、优化选点、明确要求、质量控制、高效反馈等关键点进行精细化管理有利于提高监测质量,为登革热精准防控提供更为科学有效的依据。围绕登革热媒介伊蚊监测的实施过程,结合实践经验进行总结,以期为今后的防治工作提供参考。
Dengue fever,a mosquito-borne infectious disease,has attracted much attention.Unfortunately,there have been no effective treatment drugs and vaccines.Monitoring and controlling the density of Aedes mosquito are important for dengue fever control.The density of Aedes vector is an important indicator to reflect the risk level of the epidemic.Delicacy management of key points such as the early preparation,optimization of site selection,clear requirements,quality control and efficient feedback of dengue fever vector Aedes mosquitoes is conducive to improving the quality of surveillance in dengue fever prevention and control.Precise prevention and control provides more scientific and effective basis.The implementation process of dengue fever vector Aedes surveillance was summarized combining with practical experience which provides reference for the future control work.
