摘要
本文详述了近几年来微通道臭氧氧化技术在不同微反应器和工艺中的应用。微通道臭氧氧化技术对不同医药中间体合成的改进,在保证传统间歇生产方式的转化率和产率的同时,极大地提升了安全性。同时提出了臭氧氧化技术在有机合成中有待突破的一些问题。
This review described the application of microchannel ozonation technology in different micro-reactors and processes in recent years.Including to improvement of the synthesis of different pharmaceutical intermediates using the microchannel ozonation technology,while ensuring the conversion rate and yield consistent with traditional batch production methods,while greatly improving safety.Also some technical issues of ozonation technology in organic synthesis to be broken were raised.
