摘要
目的探讨羊膜移植联合翼状胬肉切除术治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月-2019年7月间住院部收治的80例翼状胬肉患者为本次研究对象,根据手术方式不同将其分成两组,各40例,对照组采用单纯的翼状胬肉切除术治疗,观察组在使用翼状胬肉切除术治疗的同时运用羊膜移植实施治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效以及复发情况。结果治疗1个月后,观察组的总有效率得分高于对照组,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后1个月、术后3个月、术后6个月的胬肉复发率均低于对照组患者,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率2.50%,低于对照组患者的12.50%,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用翼状胬肉切除术与羊膜移植术联合治疗翼状胬肉患者,疗效明确,不仅有效降低了术后复发率,加速恢复,且该术式操作便捷,安全可靠,对眼部的损伤较小,临床上应进一步推广运用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of amniotic membrane transplantation combined with pterygium excision in the treatment of pterygium.Methods From January 2014 to July 2019,80 pterygium patients admitted to the inpatient department were divided into two groups,40 cases in each group according to the different operation methods.The control group was treated with pterygium resection alone,and the observation group was treated with amniotic membrane transplantation while pterygium resection.The clinical efficacy and recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results After 1 month of treatment,the total effective score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group had 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after operation.The rate of recurrence of sacral meat was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.50%,which was significantly lower than 12.50%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of pterygium excision and amniotic membrane transplantation to treat patients with pterygium has a clear effect,which not only effectively reduces the postoperative recurrence rate and accelerates recovery,but also has the advantages of convenient,safe and reliable operation and less damage to the eyes.Clinical application should be further promoted.
