摘要
如何将创业创新教育与专业教育融合,构建管理型会计人才培养体系,是高校面临的新挑战。以目前管理会计人才培养模式存在的问题为出发点,探讨如何将创业创新理念与专业教育深度融合,从而培养适应社会需求的管理会计人才。
How to integrate the entrepreneurship and innovation education with the professional education and to construct the management accounting talent training system is the new challenge facing the colleges and universities of our country.The paper,based on the problems existing in the current management of the talent training model,discusses how to integrate the concept of the entrepreneurship and innovation and professional education,so as to develop the management accounting talents that meet the needs of society.
