摘要
针对大型环锻件在制坯过程中出现的冲孔偏斜及生产效率低的问题,结合DZY1000T自由锻压机的结构特点,对锻压机进行结构优化。确定改进方案—设计摆冲结构用于提高生产效率,设计对中结构用于提高冲孔精度。对改进前后的DZY1000T液压机设备进行生产验证,通过对比试验结果表明,结构优化后设备的生产效率提高了50%,冲孔的位置误差由原来的近20 mm降低到了5 mm左右。
In view of the problems of punching deflection and low production efficiency in the process of making large ring forgings,the structural optimization of the forging press is carried out in combination with the structural characteristics of dzy1000t free forging press.Determine the improvement plan-Design swing punch structure to improve production efficiency,design centering structure to improve punching accuracy.And verify the production of dzy1000t hydraulic press before and after improvement.The comparison test results show that the production efficiency of the equipment is increased by 50%and the punching position error is reduced from nearly 20 mm to about 5 mm.
