摘要
分析西北五省物流业与经济协同的发展问题,为“一带一路”的实施和推进提供有力支持。将物流业与经济视为一个复合系统,分别构建物流、经济发展评价指标体系,运用CRITIC复合系统协同度模型对2005—2017年西北五省的物流与经济协同发展状况进行测评,并对物流经济协同发展与经济增长的关系进行实证分析。结果表明:近年来西北五省的物流业与经济子系统有序度均有所提升,物流与经济复合系统协同度呈现相同的震荡趋势,但震荡幅度不同,实现了从2005年中度失衡到2017年优质协调的演化发展过程;物流与经济复合系统协同度对经济增长具有显著的正效应。
Studying on the coordinated development between logistics industry and economy in the northwest region plays an important role in the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative.The logistics industry and economy are taken as a composite system,the logistics and economic development evaluation index system are constructed to measure the coordinated development of logistics and economy in the five northwestern provinces from 2005 to 2017,using the CRITIC model.An empirical analysis on the relationship between the coordinated degree of the composite system and economic growth is conducted.The results show that the order degree of the logistics industry system and economic system in the five northwestern provinces have improved in recent years;the coordination degree of logistics and economic composite systems presents the same volatility trend with different amplitude,which shows an evolution process from moderate imbalance to high quality coordination from 2005 to 2017;the synergy degree of logistics and economic composite system has a significant positive effect on economic growth.
