摘要
国家医疗卫生体制改革要保基本、强基层、建机制、补短板,关键还是在全科医生培养上,农村订单定向医学生培养是充实基层卫生人才队伍的一个重要途径。通过创新“医教、校地、家校”协同育人模式,培养扎根贵州、服务基层的高素质应用型人才,为推进国家定向医学生培养工作提供遵义医科大学样本和可借鉴的实践经验。
The National Healthcare System aims to meet the basic medical needs,raise the level of basic medical insurance,build the mechanism,strengthen the weak points,more importantly,cultivate GP(general practitioners).The cultivation of rural-oriented tuition-waived medical students is a good way to strengthen the team of rural doctors.In this paper,we innovated the collaborative education model of"medicine&education,school&government,home&school"of rural-oriented tuition-waived medical students,aiming to cultivate high-quality applied medical talents who settle down in Guizhou province and serve the grassroots,as well as set an example from Zunyi Medical University and practical experience for the cultivation of national oriented medical students.
