摘要
介绍了燃气发电机的工作流程及在输气场站的重要应用,分析了输气场站燃气发电机运行中启动困难、启动后频率不稳定、无自启功能等不稳定性因素的原因。提出了加装ATS转换开关及欠压脱扣开关实现燃气发电机的自启动功能,在日常应用中重点加强设备设施的管理等可靠性保障措施从而减少燃气发电机发生故障的概率,对保障场站安全生产工作具有重要意义。
This paper introduces the working process of the gas generator and its important application in the gas transmission station,and analyzes the reasons for the difficulty in starting the gas generator in the operation of the gas transmission station,the instability of the frequency after starting,and the lack of self starting function.It is proposed to install ATS transfer switch and undervoltage trip switch to realize the self starting function of gas generator,and to strengthen the management of equipment and facilities and other reli⁃ability assurance measures to reduce the probability of gas generator failure,which is of great significance to the safety production of the gas transmission station.
