摘要
自党的十五大提出社会主义初级阶段基本经济制度这一命题以来,学术界对其从多学科、多视角、多方法展开了研究,并取得了丰硕的成果。党的十九届四中全会进一步概括了基本经济制度的内涵,并揭示了基本经济制度的显著优势,为新时代基本经济制度研究开辟了新的空间。通过对新世纪以来学术界关于基本经济制度的意涵、内容、特征、作用、问域、延展等方面的研究进行评述,有助于系统总结既有成果,也有助于发现基本经济制度研究领域的薄弱点,以期为深化基本经济制度研究提供方法论镜鉴。
Since the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the proposition of the basic economic system in the primary stage of socialism,academia has carried out a lot of research on the socialist economic system with Chinese characteristics and achieved fruitful results.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee has newly defined the socialist basic economic system,opened up new space for the study of the economic system in the new era,and revealed the advantages of the basic economic system.By sorting out the existing research results,it is helpful to systematically summarize the existing results,and also to find weaknesses in the field of economic system research.This article attempts to summarize the discussions on the connotation,content,characteristics,functions,question areas,and persistence and improvement of the Chinese economic system in academia,in order to provide reference for future research.
