摘要 目的分析无偿献血的影响因素,并结合影响因素提出相应的招募策略。方法以以往文献资料及研究为基础,制作该次研究所用无偿献血调查问卷,并在2019年7月-2019年10月期间随机抽取该市5个城区的10个献血点、献血车等场所发放调查问卷,汇总分析无偿献血的相关影响因素,献血者的动机及未献血者的消极动机等,并结合相关因素制定招募策略。结果无偿献血受居民性别、年龄、文化程度、居住地及职业等因素影响,献血者多因人道主义和利他主义、日后享受用血优惠政策、免费检查身体和血型、号召劝说和鼓励等因素进行献血,未献血者多因身体不合格、害怕影响身体、不了解献血政策等因素而不愿意献血。结论居民无偿献血受居民性别、年龄、文化程度、职业、居住地等因素影响,且部分居民仍对无偿献血存在认识上的误区,因此当地相关部门及机构应强化无偿献血宣传力度,并结合无偿献血者动机及未献血者消极动机等制定相应的宣传策略,强化居民对无偿献血积极性,以提高居民无偿献血率。 Objective To analyze the influencing factors of unpaid blood donation,and propose corresponding recruitment strategies based on the influencing factors.Methods Based on the previous literature and research,a questionnaire for unpaid blood donation for this research was produced,and 10 blood donation points,blood donation vehicles and other places in 5 cities of the city were randomly selected from July 2019 to October 2019.A questionnaire was distributed to analyze and analyze the relevant influencing factors of unpaid blood donation,the motivation of blood donors and the negative motivation of undonated blood donors,etc.,and to formulate recruitment strategies based on relevant factors.Results Unpaid blood donation was affected by factors such as gender,age,education,place of residence,and occupation of the residents.Blood donors were mostly humanitarian and altruistic,enjoyed preferential blood policies in the future,free examination of body and blood type,calls for persuasion and encouragement,etc.For blood donation,those who do not donate blood are mostly unwilling to donate blood because of unqualified health,fear of affecting the body,and lack of understanding of blood donation policies.Conclusion Residents'voluntary blood donation is affected by factors such as gender,age,education,occupation,and place of residence,and some residents still have misunderstandings about voluntary blood donation.Therefore,relevant local departments and institutions should strengthen the promotion of voluntary blood donation and combine it with the motivation of unpaid blood donors and the negative motivation of unpaid blood donors should be formulated to promote the residents'enthusiasm for unpaid blood donation so as to increase the rate of unpaid blood donation.
