摘要
新时代背景下文旅融合呈现出新的态势,对丰富旅游业态、提升旅游者需求、增加旅游综合效益、优化旅游行业管理等方面有重要影响。文旅融合发展对旅游人才的培养提出新的要求,高职旅游人才要以文化素质为核心,具有会服务、懂策划、会管理、善营销的综合能力。高职旅游院校要在人才培养方式、实践教学安排、创新融合思维培养、学生格局塑造以及地方文化融入等方面不断创新。
New trend has emerged in the integration of culture and tourism under the background of new era,which have significant impacts on enriching tourism products,arousing tourist demands,increasing the overall benefits of tourism and optimizing tourism management,etc.The merge of culture and tourism has brought up new requirements for the training of tourism talents.Higher voca⁃tional tourism talents should take cultural quality as the core and have comprehensive capabilities in service,planning,management and marketing.Higher vocational tourism colleges should seek innovations in talents training modes,practical teaching arrange⁃ment,generating thoughts of innovation and integration,molding students’visions,and integrating local cultures.
