摘要
目的:探讨脑电图对小儿手足口病合并脑炎的诊断及预后价值。方法:选择2019年1月至2019年6月江门市妇幼保健院收治的38例小儿手足口病并发脑炎患儿,纳入合并脑炎组,另选取同期单纯手足口病患儿41例作为普通组。所有患儿接受脑电图检查,比较两组患儿的脑电图结果,分析手足口病合并脑炎患儿病情程度与异常脑电图分级的相关性。结果:合并脑炎组脑电图检查异常率明显高于普通组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且合并脑炎组主要表现为背景活动异常;合并脑炎组患儿病情严重程度与脑电图分级呈正相关(r=0.745,P<0.05)。脑电图异常程度低,预后好,反之则越差。结论:脑电图对小儿手足口病合并脑炎患儿的病情诊断有重要价值,同时能够为患儿的预后康复治疗提供重要依据。
Objective:To explore the value of diagnosis and prognosis of electroencephalography(EEG)in children with hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD)combined with encephalitis.Methods:Thirty-eight children with HFMD combined with encephalitis from January 2019 to June 2019 in Jiangmen Maternity and Child Health Hospital were enrolled in the observation group,41 cases with HFMD simplely in the control group.All the children received EEG examination.The results of EEG in the two groups were compared.The correlation between disease severity and the abnormal EEG grade was analyzed.Results:The abnormal rate of EEG was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results of EEG in the observation group were mainly presented with abnormal background activities.There was a positive correlation between the severity of the disease and the abnormal electroencephalogram grade in the observation group(r=0.745,P<0.05).The abnormal degree of electroencephalogram was low,the prognosis was good,otherwise was worse.Conclusion:EEG is of great value in the diagnosis of HFMD combined with encephalitis in children,and it can provide important basis for the prognosis and rehabilitation.
