摘要
多层合采油井开发后期普遍含水95%以上,开发效率极低。为了对多层合采的老油井进行分层测试,寻找潜力油层,指导油田措施挖潜、提高单井采油率,设计了一种高含水井分层测压取样系统。该系统采用模块化的设计思路,分为电子系统、封隔系统以及抽吸排液系统3个子系统。电子系统控制封隔系统封隔油井单个目标产层,抽吸排液系统对封隔产层进行抽吸排液,获取地层流体样本,在封隔及抽吸排液过程中,通过系统内置的高精度压力、温度传感器实时测量地层压力、温度信息。本系统在国内油田累计测试82口油井346个单层,应用实践表明,该系统能够准确的测量的地层压力恢复,并抽取地层原状流体,取样成功率达90%,发现潜力油层超过25%。在采取堵水隔水措施后,增油效果明显。
At the later stage of development,the water hold-up of multilayer combined production wells is more than 95%,the development efficiency is very low.In order to test oil wells,find potential zones,guide tapping potential measures and improve single well production rate,a stratified pressure sampling system is designed.The system is divided into three subsystems:electronic system,sealing system and suction-drainage system.The electronic system controls the sealing system to seal the single target production layer,Then the suction-drainage system obtains the fluid sample of the formation using a hydraulic pump.In this process the built-in high-precision sensors measure the formation pressure and temperature in real time.The system has tested 346 single layers of 82 oil wells in domestic oilfields,the practice shows that the system can accurately measure formation pressure recovery and extract undisturbed fluid from formation.The success rate of sampling is 90%,and the potential reservoir founded is more than 25%.After taking water shutoff measures,the effect of increasing oil is obvious.
