摘要
油田上游生产系统使用的管道绝大部分是DN200以下的小口径管道。该文分析了油田小口径管道内防腐层技术面临的瓶颈问题——内防腐层补口问题,介绍了常用的几种内防腐层补口技术,并对其优势与存在的问题进行了对比;总结分析了几种内防腐层补口技术的应用效果及应用经验,为油田解决地面管道腐蚀难题,特别是油田应用规模较大的小口径管道内防腐层补口难题提供了思路。
Most of the pipelines used in oilfield upstream production system are the ones with small diameter less than DN200.Joint coating technology was analyzed in response to the corrosion of small diameter pipeline in oilfield.Several frequently-used joint coating technologies were introduced and their advantages and existing problems were compared,besides,application effects and practical experiences were summarized.The research provides valuable references and suggestions for high corrosive oilfields,especially for the oilfields in the similar situation.
