摘要
目前,高职院校主动参与全国职业院校技能大赛,大赛对高职的教学产生了深刻的影响。大赛引领了高职教学内容的变革,平衡了知识与技能的比例,立足岗位现状,着眼学生职业发展能力的培养;使高职的教学方式注重"做中学",增加专用设备,提高了学生的实践技能操作水平;强调教学过程评价,明确了教学评价内容、过程的目标性,扩大了教学评价主体范围,拓展了教学评价的应用,提升了专业人才的职业技能。
At present, higher vocational colleges take the initiative to participate in the national vocational college skills competition, which has a profound impact on the teaching of higher vocational colleges. The competition leads the reform of teaching content, balances the proportion of knowledge and skills, and focuses on the cultivation of professional development ability based on the status quo of the post. The competition focuses on "learning by doing". Special equipment is added to improve students’ practical skills operation. It emphasizes the evaluation of teaching process, clarifies the objective of teaching evaluation content and process, expands the subject range of teaching evaluation, expands the application of teaching evaluation, and improves the professional skills of professional talents.
