摘要 北斗三号系统(BDS-3)建设正在快速推进,将于2020年6月底建成并提供服务,观测数据质量是评价系统服务性能的一个重要指标。文中梳理了BDS-3卫星观测数据质量评估现状,介绍了BDS-3组网卫星测距信号一致性分析方法。实测数据分析表明,BDS-3全频点伪距-载波相位一致性的统计值变化范围为0.09〜0.14叫均值为0.09〜0.12m;B1I与B3I、B1C与B2a、BlC与B2b三个组合,不同频点之间伪距一致性统计值变化范围为0.12~0.18m;—致性序列服从零均值正态分布,无明显趋势项。 The third-generation BeiDou Navigation Satellite System(BDS-3)construction is advancing rapidly and will be completed and provide services by the end of June 2020.Observation data quality is an important indicator for the BDS-3 service performance evaluation.The article summarizes the status of BDS-3 satellite observation data quality assessment,and introduces the analysis method for BDS-3 satellite ranging signal consistency.The analysis of measured data shows that the consistency between the BDS-3 satellite pseudorange and carrier phase varies within 0.09-0.14 m,with an average of 0.09-0.12 m.The variation of pseudorange consistency between different frequency points(B1I and B3I,BIC and B2a,BIC and B2b)is 0.12〜0.18 m.The consistency sequence follows the normal distribution with a mean of zero and without obvious trend items.
