某难选高硫含铜白钨矿选矿试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 某难选高硫含铜白钨矿中钨主要以白钨矿的形式存在,硫化铁主要以磁黄铁矿的形式存在。为给该矿石的开发利用提供技术支持,采用磁选-铜硫混合浮选-白钨浮选原则流程进行条件试验。结果表明,原矿磨矿至-74μm占65%时进行磁选,可获得品位为38.33%、回收率为51.14%的硫精矿,而磁选尾矿经铜硫混合-铜硫分离浮选,可分别获得品位为20.06%、回收率为73.12%的铜精矿和品位为35.20%、回收率为42.11%的硫精矿;其中铜硫混合浮选尾矿以碳酸钠为调整剂、水玻璃为抑制剂、731氧化石蜡皂为捕收剂,进行一粗一扫三精白钨常温浮选,可得到WO3品位为63.93%、回收率为89.60%的白钨精矿,有效地实现了铜硫的分离和白钨矿的回收。 A refractory scheelite with high sulfur and copper content mainly exists in the form of scheelite,while iron sulfide mainly exists in the form of pyrrhotite.In order to provide technical support for the development and utilization of the ore,a condition test was carried out using the principle flow of magnetic separation-copper-sulfur mixed flotation-scheelite flotation.The results show that the sulfur concentrate with a grade of 38.33%and a recovery rate of 51.14%can be obtained by magnetic separation when the raw ore is grinded to-74μm accounting for 65%,while the copper concentrate with a grade of 20.06%,a recovery rate of 73.12%,a sulfur concentrate with a grade of 35.20%and a recovery rate of 42.11%can be obtained by copper-sulfur mixing and copper-sulfur separation flotation respectively.The copper-sulfur mixed flotation uses sodium carbonate as the regulator,sodium silicate as the inhibitor and 731 oxidized paraffin soap as the collector respectively,and the tailings are subjected to normal-temperature flotation of scheelite with a coarse and a fine of 63.93%WO3 grade and a recovery rate of 89.60%,thus effectively realizing the separation of copper and sulfur and the recovery of scheelite.
