“Point-Line-Area”Methodology of Shale Oil Exploration and Development

摘要 我国陆相页岩油资源丰富,但资源品质总体较差,勘探开发相对滞后,为实现页岩油规模效益开发,科技创新是重要路径,强化科技项目的执行管理是重中之重,并创新运用"点-线-面"方法。优选"点",理清科学问题关键,发现主要矛盾和矛盾的主要方面,充分利用有限资源;把控"线",建立和完善各项主要工作的程序控制线,确保各阶段顺利衔接,避免各自为政;拓宽"面",制定合理的推广应用策略,加大技术集成与推广应用力度,加速成果转化与产业化。遵循由研究到实践、由"点"到"线"再到"面"的认识过程,从加强基础研究与核心技术攻关入手,建立信息实时更新与共享的勘探开发工程一体化平台,对基础研究与技术攻关进行程序化监管和调控,建立全生命周期组织管理模式,加强顶层设计引领页岩油示范区建设,以此推动我国页岩油产业快速发展。 China is rich in continental facies shale oil resources,but the grade of resources is relatively poor as a whole.Exploration and development are left behind in this area.Technological innovation is an important way for shale oil development on a large scale and with efficiency.It is of vital importance to enhance execution and management of technological projects while the“point-line-area”methodology is used in innovation.It is necessary to select the appropriate“point,”clarify what holds the key to technological problems,find the main contradiction and the main aspects of the contradiction,and make full use of the limited resources.It is necessary to control the“line,”complete and perfect the control lines of programs for various items of main work,ensure connection of one stage with another,and keep from being fragmented in the work.The“area”should be expanded in the efforts to formulate the reasonable schemes for promotion and application,strengthen the efforts for technological integration and wider application,and accelerate transformation and industrialization of achievements.It is necessary to follow the process of cognition from research to practice and from“point”to“line”and then“area.”The efforts should be focused on basic research and settlement of the key technological bottlenecks and construction of the exploration,development and engineering integration platform with the information real-time updated and shared.Basic research and settlement of technological bottlenecks should be brought under programmed supervision,management and adjustment.It is necessary to establish the full life cycle organizational management pattern and step up the top-level design to guide construction of the shale oil demonstration zone,thus accelerating China’s shale oil industrial development.
